By submitting my payment information for this order, I agree that I am wholly liable to pay all import and/or customs duties and charges which may be levied on this shipment. 

If a shipment is returned for failure to pay such duties and charges, I shall be liable for all return shipping costs (in addition to the original outbound shipping cost) and any consequent charges which may become payable by Alfaholics. 

This shall include the import and/or customs duties already calculated and levied, due to the shipment having technically been “customs cleared”, awaiting payment.
